Scott, is the founder of CSB Marketing, Inc. He has spent his entire career focused on helping small business grow and prosper.
Scott serves as the lead client relations manager, strategic planner, copywriter, and media relations coordinator. Scott is a dynamic, passionate creator of innovative marketing strategies and campaigns customized for each client’s goals and budget.

Scott continues to add to his knowledge in this industry. Scott has certifications in digital and radio marketing from the Radio Advertising Bureau, the understanding of how to develop franchise models and materials plus a strong knowledge base in the fast-growing field of social media marketing.
In his free time, Scott enjoys skiing, kayaking spending time with his two children and KARAOKE baby!
Cindy started her career in graphic design and printing in 1993. Since then she has served a multitude of clients as a graphic designer, supervisor and project manager.
Cindy is adept in understanding client’s needs and has exceptional collaborative and interpersonal skills. Cindy is a dynamic team player with well-developed written and verbal communication abilities. She is proficient in all mainstream design programs including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat and Microsoft Office products and is highly creative with extensive experience in marketing and print design. Cindy is accustomed to performing in deadline-driven environments with an emphasis on working within budget requirements.
In her free time, Cindy enjoys kayaking, glamping, gardening and watching her talented daughter sing and perform.
Tracy started her career in printing in 1985. She worked her way from color cutter (back when you had to hand cut each thing you wanted to print in color) all the way to owner of one of the top performing Sir Speedy Print shops in America for 30 years. Tracy has certainly seen and lived through tremendous changes in the printing industry.
Tracy has a way of making your complex printing projects easy and seamless and her attention to detail keeps all of us on our toes! Tracy is incredibly responsive and brings her great sense of humor to brighten your day.
In her free time, Tracy enjoys traveling, visiting local casinos and spending time with friends.
